Steven L. Barber, PE, PTOE, serves as Vice President and Regional Manager for Central/Western PA. Steve is responsible for client service and development efforts for the Mechanicsburg, State College, Monroeville and Uniontown offices. He joined Pennoni Associates in 2001, and has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of public and private sector projects. Steve earned in degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, as well as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and a Certified Accident Reconstructionist.
Steve is Past President of Institute of Transportation Engineers District 2-0 and the Mid-Atlantic Section, a member of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Pennsylvania, the American Society of Highway Engineers, the Transportation Research Board, the PA Energy Council, PA Oil and Gas Association and the Independent Oil and Gas Association.

Andrew Bennett, PE, serves as Associate Vice President and Regional Manager for Northeastern PA, as well as Office Principal for Lehigh Valley, PA. Andy is responsible for client service and business development efforts for the Lehigh Valley, Wilkes-Barre, and Scranton offices as well as the management, growth and success of the Lehigh Valley office. He joined Pennoni Associates in 2005 and has a wide variety of civil engineering experience, specializing in stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control. He earned both a BS in Fundamental Sciences and a MS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
Andy is the Chair of the Continuing Education Committee for the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineering.

Daniel S. DiMucci, RLA, ASLA, serves as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development. Dan is responsible for corporate business development, focused on Site Design and Landscape Architecture. Dan has vast experience in landscape architecture and site planning from conceptual design through project development, and has been recognized for excellence in landscape architectural design. Dan’s project experience includes revitalization of central business districts, parks and recreation facilities, campus facilities, corporate office centers, industrial parks and sports complexes. Dan joined Pennoni Associates in 1986. He has a BS in Landscape Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University, as well as a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh. Dan is a Registered Landscape Architect in five states.
Dan sits on Pennoni’s Board of Directors, and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the American Planning Association, the Penjerdel Council, the Central Philadelphia Development Committee, and the Pennsylvania State Board of Landscape Architects. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Arts and Architecture Society at The Pennsylvania State University, for Holy Family Home, and for the Charter High School of Architecture and Design.

James G. Gallagher, PE, serves as Vice President and Regional Manager for Northern NJ/NY, as well as Office Principal for Edison, NJ. Jim is responsible for client service and business development efforts for the Cedar Knolls and Edison Offices in New Jersey as well as the New York Office. Jim also manages operations in the Edison Office. He joined Pennoni Associates in 1993, and is expert in the fields of environmental investigation and environmental remediation. Jim’s experience includes environmental site assessments, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design for soil, groundwater, and asbestos related issues, and remedial implementation of the same issues for industrial, commercial, institutional, and government clients. Jim has a Civil Engineering degree from Drexel University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York as well as a Certified Municipal Engineer in New Jersey.
Jim is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Municipal Engineers.

Edward P. Guetens serves as Vice President and Regional Manager for Southern NJ, as well as Office Principal for Haddon Heights, NJ. Ed is responsible for client service and business development efforts for the Haddon Heights and Vineland Offices, and for managing the success and growth of the Haddon Heights staff and projects. Ed joined Pennoni Associates in 1998, and has experience designing and managing environmental remediation and hazardous material abatement projects throughout the United States. He has been responsible for technical staff providing services such as hazardous materials surveys, environmental site assessments, indoor air quality investigations, air monitoring, safety inspections, quality control inspections, risk assessments and the enforcement of Federal, State and local regulations. Ed attended both Camden County College and Drexel University.
Ed has been a member of the City of Philadelphia Asbestos Control Regulation Work Group and of the New Jersey State Regulatory Review Committee for Asbestos.

Jonathan is responsible for client service and business development efforts for the Philadelphia and West Chester offices. He also serves as Principal-in-Charge of Pennoni’s Federal Services practice and oversees the company’s national client accounts. Jonathan joined Pennoni Associates in 2005, and is an expert in project management and client coordination services. Jonathan received his BS in Geography from The Pennsylvania State University.
