Pennoni Associates Names Stacey McPeak as Chief Financial Officer

Pennoni Associates is pleased to announce that Stacey M. McPeak, CPA has been named by the Board of Directors as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, effective May 3, 2010.

“After many years of service as Controller, Stacey is a great fit for these expanded responsibilities,” said Anthony S. Bartolomeo, P.E., Pennoni’s President and CEO. “Both our clients and staff have had personal interaction with Stacey and are aware of both her capabilities and steadfast dedication to Pennoni over her 19-year career with our firm.”

McPeak, a resident of Newtown Square, previously served as Vice President and Controller.  She has been responsible for implementing and managing the financial reporting system and for allocations, transfer pricing, consolidations, and tax return preparation. McPeak has extensive experience in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Administration of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), and manages banking relationships including credit line negotiations. She joined Pennoni Associates in 1991, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with six years public accounting experience prior to joining Pennoni. McPeak earned her BS in Accounting and MS in Taxation from Widener University.

Eric L. Flicker, P.E., Pennoni’s outgoing CFO, will become a part-time Senior Consultant supporting a variety of special assignments with the firm’s new initiatives in corporate growth and development. He will also assist with overall facilities procurement and be a support to the administrative areas where he has had experience.

“I thank Eric for his excellent service to Pennoni Associates, as he was an integral part of our successful growth in the past ten years,” Bartolomeo said.
